The former judge, Larry Seidlin, who decided where Smith would be buried has written a new book, The Killing of Anna Nicole Smith, and claims that “someone is guilty of manslaughter in her death.”

He discredits the Seminole County Sheriff’s Department, saying the department was not sophisticated enough to properly investigate Smith’s death and it could be “a potential murder case.”

Looks like the former judge is looking to make money everyone aware of his thoughts on Anna Nicole’s tragic death.
