by Jess the ActressMany people say that we have to eat healthy, we have to care about our appearance, and the list keeps on going like that for a couple of hours.
- So I’ve decided to really get going by writing a weekly plan on what I’ve having for breakfast, lunch and dinner so that my intake of food will be as wide and good as possible.
- I eat vitamins every day, 6-10 different ones.
- I’m going to start exercising more. Start using my pilatesball at least 5 days a week. I have to start walking a lot more aswell.
