Habbits

I was attending a meeting last Sunday and they talked a lot about the future and different habbits. Like a habbit of eating, talking, thinking or a way of doing things.

The easiest thing on earth is to get a habbit, good or bad. The hardest thing is to get rid of a habbit. But is you really dedicate yourself with getting rid of your habbit you will succeed.

I have both good and bad habbits:

Good:

  • Washing my face with good products every morning and evening.
  • Do not eat fastfood.
  • Eat vitamins every morning.

Bad:

  • I love food, which usually results in eating toooo much.
  • Spend a lot of money.
